Just because Summer sessions have begun does not mean FIU Faculty are sitting on the couch or at the beach. Two FIU Theatre faculty members – Ivan R. Lopez and Wayne E. Robinson, Jr. are opening a production of Martin McDonagh’s THE PILLOWMAN this weekend with White Rose Miami.

White Rose Miami isn’t your typical theatre company. It was founded by two FIU Theatre alums Melissa Almaguer and Ivan R. Lopez and looks to bring theatre into unconventional spaces. The tour of THE PILLOWMAN will include a record store, a comedy club and other non-traditional performing arts spaces.

Don’t miss faculty members Wayne and Ivan for these innovative and exciting performances!
