Graduate-Professional Student Appreciation Week seeks to emphasize the contributions, impact and value of graduate and professional students on campuses throughout the United States. FIU’s University Graduate School (UGS) and the Graduate and Professional Student Committee hosted Graduate Student Appreciation Week March 25-29.
FIU Interior Architecture is proud to announce that Thesis Graduate student, Francine Rozental, was chosen to present her thesis project to three judges at the FIU MMC Campus along with 12 other students from different departments. Inspired by designing a retreat boutique hotel for healthy living that awakens the inner senses of each person, she sought to discover if the integration of nature in the design of a retreat boutique hotel makes a positive impact on guests seeking healthy alternatives. Francine was awarded 3th place and won $150.00.
