gabeGabriel has more than nine years of professional experience ranging from aviation to marketing and project management. On the Interior Architecture front, he hopes to concentrate on hospitality design.

In 2012, Gabriel served as President for the Interior Architecture Student Organization, leading the student body to actively engage industry events, competitions, and the design community at large. He is in his last semester at FIU and is currently the graduate assistant for Mike Bisnett, where he monitors and assist students at the FIU CARTA digital fabrication lab.

Gabriel strives to become a licensed Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and is presently pursuing  a LEED Green Associates accreditation for Interior Design. He has completed his certification in Cruise Ship and Super Yacht Design, and an international internship for McNally Design International in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Gabriel was assigned the position of Junior Designer where he designed a 5-Star lobby for Millennium Hotels & Resorts. In addition to this, he contributed to the Monica Burguera Foundation where he designed their logo, stationary, and website as part of the Make A Difference Day.
