Florida International University School of Architecture alumna and current adjunct faculty member, Linda Feinberg, is currently creating a new mobile application called “Siteseekr! Experience sites through the eyes of architects.”
Siteseekr consists of a series of mobile applications that provide information about different architectural sites in distinct cities across the U.S. According to Feinberg’ s kickstarter website, this new application is “also an exhaustive architectural database compiled by architects, historians and researchers to preserve, educate and promote notable sites on American soil and how they came to be.”
Siteseekr will serve as a link between notable architects and the public by bringing to light the “many hidden gems out there, even right in your own backyard. This information is already out there, but not consistent, unified and easily accessible in one comprehensive source.”
