Believe it or not, one of the Western world’s most hysterical new comedies is 400 years old. This delightful bit of fun, with Ives’ brilliant adaptation, just goes to show that fakery, fabrication, deceit, dishonesty, duplicity, cheating and fraud never go out of style. Just trying to follow the twists and turns of this sparkling urban romance will leave you laughing. Be prepared for a wonderfully entertaining evening.
