Professor Phillip M. Church will join a panel discussion titled “Virtual Reality & The Arts” on Thursday, October 26th at Venture Café in Wynwood. The panel is being organized by META (Miami Emerging Technologies Association) as part of their #DigiTechTalks series.
Professor Church joins Robert Gutsche, Jr., Ph.D., a professor in the department of journalism, and others to discuss how the advancements in virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality are intersecting with the arts, science, and communication.
META is a South Florida consortium of organizations and individuals dedicated to the furthering of emerging technology through collaborative connections in academia, business, and education.
