Jimmy AllJimmy Allen 2002 alumen obtained a Bachelor (BFA) Degree in Theatre with a minor in Dance from FIU in 2002.

While studying at FIU, he pursued a minor in Dance in addition to his Theatre classes, which helped him secure work performing on a number of cruise ships sailing out of Miami. After a few years he moved to New York, where he took to professional acting.

Jimmy is currently a professional actor living and working in New York City. He has played principal roles in several films, including “The Making of Tobi”, “On the Park”, “Clowning Around”, “Musashi Fight”, “Bimo’s Rebellion” (title role), “Blood Brothers”, “The Escapist”, and “Rachel’s Rubick’s Cube”.

He has had featured rules on two well-known TV series, “All My Children” and “As the World Turns”. His live theatre credits include playing the lead role of Clay in the American Conservatory Theater’s production of  The Dutch Man, the lead role of The Puppet in Theatre for a New City’s production of The War of the Romans, as well as supporting and ensemble roles in several productions for The Barrow Group. Making a living as a professional actor is a challenging endeavor but one to which Jimmy is fully committed. We wish him continued success in his chosen career.
