Everything goes better with Jazz. Just ask any attendee at the annual Silver Pride Reunion during Homecoming Weekend on October 23-24.

School of Music jazz students Angelo Izzo, Sax; Nicholas Rousseau, guitar; and Shawn Hannon, bass took to the stage in honor of the class of 1990. Homecoming is one of the most important traditions to take place each year on FIU’s campus, so these young musicians provided an invaluable service to our university. The students performed in front of Silver Pride Inductees, as well as our very own President Mark B. Rosenberg, Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations and the Executive Director of the FIU Alumni Association Duane Wiles, and College of Architecture + The Arts Dean Brian Schriner.

The FIU School of Music was a Silver Pride Blue Sponsor.
