Associate Professor of Landscape Architecture Roberto Rovira’s work was selected for inclusion in the Antillean Visions exhibition at the University of Miami’s Lowe Art Museum during February 2018.

The selection committee of the exhibition, hand-selected Rovira’s submission of two hand-painted, watercolor maps depicting the Caribbean islands of Cuba and Puerto Rico.

The two maps were chosen out of numerous submissions to be included in the show. In addition, his Puerto Rico map received an “Honorable Mention” by the selection committee.

Antillean Visions will showcase the diversity of Caribbean visual art and culture and will debut in February of next year. Further information and dates of the show will be shared once scheduled.
