On Thursday April 24th, our three amazing departments : LAEUD, Architecture and Interior Architecture came together to celebrate a phenomenal school as students were awarded for their dedication to academic success.

Students were awarded and inducted during the The Tau Sigma Delta Induction Ceremony and Award portion of the night and family and friends gathered to witness The ARCC King Student Medal received

This year, the Department of Interior Architecture was honored to receive the ARCC King Student Medal, along with multiple commendations recognizing the outstanding research contributions of its students. We take this moment to recognize all three awardees for their participation in the Research Methods course, whose role in this achievement makes the accomplishment even more meaningful.

For the ARCC King Student Medal Program:

  • Ingrid Riera received the medal.
  • Jordan Stanek and Valeria Arias received commendations.
  • Carolina Gonzalez and Sabrina Garcia also received commendations.

All of these students are from the Interior Architecture program and were recognized through their work in the Research Methods course taught by Sam Moshaver

From LAEUD to Interiors to ARC, we continue to revel in the remarkable talent and boundless creativity blossoming from the FIU School of Architecture. As CARTA students and faculty, we look ahead to a future filled with even more achievements and groundbreaking discoveries—striving to lead the way for current and future Panthers who dream of one day accomplishing the monumental.
