The Lillian Lodge Kopenhaver Center for the Advancement of Women in Communication held its Leadership Boot Camp on January 20, 2023. This distinguished boot camp of students is limited to a select group of students from CARTA at FIU, Rowan University, Stephens College, and Marymount University, nominated by their department chair and faculty.
The Boot Camp is an intensive training course for graduating seniors to prepare them for their first jobs in the field. The four consecutive virtual workshops of two-hour sessions were led by industry professionals who shared their expertise on achieving key leadership competencies.
