The FIU School of Communication, part of College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts (CARTA), has been ranked top 5 across the nation in Online U Most Popular Online Communication Master’s Degrees continuing its rise in national visibility.
Online U rankings focus on highlighting programs that are widely chosen and trusted by online students nationwide. The list is based on the number of online graduates in each program, recognizing institutions with the highest enrollment and completion rates in their online programs. Online U spotlights programs with established infrastructure, sustained student demand, and refined, virtual learning experiences.
This recognition represents the value of the fully online master’s degree in mass communication: Global Strategic Communications (GSC) which can be completed in just one year. The flexibility of the program allows students to prepare themselves to expand their opportunities while they enhance their current roles in the communications field.
In a world where AI is constantly evolving, the curriculum is designed to stand out using its innovative approach, pairing communication topics such as reputation management, branding, social media, crisis management and professional ethics, taught by faculty who continuously adapt to the advancements in technology, including artificial intelligence.
